Hi DJI,

my DJI Go 4 app requested to calibrate my visual sensors with DJI assistant twice, so I tried to. Downloaded the assistant 2 for a pc, connected the device and followed the guidance. I did 3 complete calibrating runs, but always when finalizing the calibration runs into an error. I tried alot, but during the calibrating movements of the drone infront of the screen, everything was always fine. Screensize is ok, the device gets recognized properly...I do not know what the problem is. There is maybe just one thing to mention: I am running this specific firmware from DJI that has the pano mode included for the P4A (https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=128796&extra=page%3D1%26filter%3Dtypeid%26typeid%3D639%26typeid%3D639). Might that be the reason?
What can I do to maybe finally do and successfully finish a calibration?
Any help is really highly appreciated!

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to clean the vision sensor with a clean cloth to see if the problem persists? Also, a display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). If the problem persists, kindly please restart the PC and aircraft multiple times. In addition, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DJI Assistant 2 to avoid any errors. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding and support!

You are not talking to a wall.....but to somebody that has a full time job to do.
I am thankfull to any attempt to help, but I need time to follow the hints.
Reading the details I hope that some of them solve the issue but we will see.  Actually sensors supposed to be clean, screensize and resolution had been ok, tried a second monitor already and even lowered the resolution to FHD. I will check each step in details and let you know, but it will take a while since today again is full of labour, kids want their dad in the afternoon, parents in law are here for a visit...;-)
I will keep you posted.

Hope you solve it soon ! I do this calibration in my Mavic Pro without problems

I guess I don't ask the right questions, maybe I should use binary to see if the machines at least answer ..

Finally, after numerous tries it did work.
I used a BenQ 24" screen and set it to 1600x900 screen resolution. Whether I used these combination before - I do not know, but I used that screen before that is for sure.
However, it is done, and hopefully will not need to be redone so soon.

nice to hear that , a drone with sensors need a calibration often this is my experience
