I came to win the osmo mobile 3 and after having loaded it and a little use I see that there is a white light which means the battery level of the osmo which flashes what does it mean?
And the other question I have a oneplus 6t and when I use the dji mimo application my battery in my laptop does not hold the charge is the application poorly optimized?

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. The white blinking light indicates the battery is going down to a certain level on your DJI Osmo Mobile 3. For the battery on the mobile device. I would recommend to please back up your DJI Mimo files then uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo application to isolate the issue. If issue still persists please try a different recommended mobile device to check if the battery issue still persisting. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.

I just bought a mobile 3 for my OnePlus 6t phone.

I've tried putting my phone on the gimbal but the yellow/green light will never go off long enough for the gimbal to connect to Bluetooth.

I go into the app and this is the only message I get.

Please advise!!
