I just purchased the Inspire 2 with Zenmuse X5S a few days ago from my local DJI dealer, however i have some problems with the photographs that are being produced, at the edges of the whole photograph there is a weird color banding border that can be seen, i have attached the original photo (in raw) in the download link below and also the zoom in version so that you can see this problem.

Here is the download for the photos:

My Inspire 2 serial number: 095XG9300200M2
My Zenmuse X5S serial number: 0ABDGF27030152

Could a support staff please help me with this?

Return faulty unit to dealer ASAP ... Simple like that ...

This is Oly 45mm lens, right? Typical, there's nothing you can do about. Just crop the image, that's it ...

I don't know why this particular lens is rendering such artifact. All I know that this minor annoyance was reported by many users with both X5 and X5S camera, mine as well.

damn that sucks.

upon further testing, i came to a conclusion that this is due to an incompatibility issue with adobe camera raw reader, it seems adobe camera raw cannot 100% decode the image completely hence leaving a thin border of unresolved pixels, i tried with capture one camera raw reader and the unresolved pixel border doesn't seem to occur anymore.

as to why DJI cannot update their firmware so that it is 100% compatible with adobe baffles me.

There's much more DJI branded mysteries, but - trust me - this one Is of lesser importance ...
