Hi!
I recently bought an Osmo mobile 3 for my daughter, but I'm having a problem connecting it to her phone. When I try to connect it with bluetooth, it connects for a few seconds and then a message saying 'Unable to activate device. Contact DJI Support for assistance.'
I've tried the thing where you're supposed to press the record button, trigger and the M button, and that works but it has the same problem with connecting again.

Specs:
Iphone Xs running 13.3.1
Mimo version 1.2.17

Could someone help me, please?

Hi jonte2907, sorry to know that you are experiencing trouble activating the unit. Please also help to check if the Osmo Mobile 3 is updated to the latest firmware, make sure that the app has internet access. If the issue persists, please provide us with the firmware info and the serial number for me to check further about it.

Firmware should be up to date. But, to be sure, where can I see which firmware I'm using?

Please tap the three dots in the lower left as you can see it in the screenshot to check the version info. And if the new firmware available, when the internet is connected, there will also be a message popped up on the app.

Very sad to inform you that I will now return the device to the store. This because lack of support from you. Can't be that hard to answer. I also tried to call your support number, but it was obviously down.

having the same problem i tried every tutorial in video in yt and resetting network in my iphone xr and just saying " unable to activate device, contact to DJI support for assistance" please reply asap
