Are shipping times affected by the corona virus outbreak? Saw an article saying that DJI offices shut down because of the recent outbreak.

I have the same issue.   First it was Chinesse New Year now this virus.   They should only charge the Visa when it ships.   Waiting on a Mavic 2 Enterprise and a RoboMaster S1

I have the same issue too. I ordered a Mavic mini three weeks ago, however the dji website is still telling me that the order status is “processing order”. Is this because of the Coronavirus outbreak?

Same here. Ordered 24th Jan and am currently 14 days into the "12-19 business day" ETA. Still processing, I'd assumed it would have shipped by now to make it in time? Putting delay down to the virus.

What the...? I just got notified via email that the drone was delivered this afternoon. It was apparently 'Signed by FRONT DOOR'??? I checked both front and back door and there's no sign of the package. I checked both security cameras and there is no delivery guy who approached either door.  I was at home when they apparently delivered the package and I did not hear anyone ring the doorbell. And why would DJI allow a $500 product to get delivered without requiring a signature?
