We have a M210 RTK V2 and it cannot connecto to PC.

It was updating by DJI app method, but in the stage 3 of the updating it froze and could not complete de update. After that the cencende remote controller cannot link to the aircraft.

Everytime we plug it, windows recognize a new device and 5 seconds after is connected it disconnected by itself.

What can we do?

Are you using the DJI Assistant 2 for Matrice? Please check if the switch on the backside of the aircraft is in the PC setting.

Yes, we´re using assistant 2 for matrice and the switch on the backsideis on the PC position!
