Hi DJI,


Ive updated the I2 firmware to the latest with the X7 attached and now the gimbal is acting crazy, it doesn't start right, then it rotates brutally for 360 degres... then freezes in the wrong place and the motor overheats. So what is the trik to get it back running ???

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the problem. Can you please try to refresh the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 software to see if the problem persists? Please make sure that the X7 is well mounted to the aircraft when updating the firmware to avoid any issues. Please keep us posted. Thank you!

thx for your quick rsponse!
Ive tryed a FW refresh today, and yeah something happend, but my X7 is sadly not working properly.

The gimbal is now yawing gently from end to end...
I have finaly the picture back in the APP but calibrating the gimbal is not working...

Tested it today again !

Nothing changed gimbal is yawing gently from end to end...

I would seriously need my I2_X7 next week so please give me an advise THANKS !!!
