I purchased LumaFusion about 12 months ago, basically for editing when traveling or just quick edits, I tried a few times but shied away, so picked it up today as it's now possible to transfer over work to FCPX wiith new update, for first time using I have to say I'm really surprised, working with 2.7k is not a problem on iPad or 4K , it has so much to it in all aspects and although I had very little idea of how it worked, I was surprised it was pretty easy for the basics and can't wait to get into more of it, got stuck a couple of times but was determined, checked you tube a couple of times, but for a basic edit I found it great, I didn't try transferring between FCPX yet but I will. For $20 it is huge value particularly for short videos .
Nice video. I have been doing only small edits of the MM 2.7k videos using the DJI Fly app. Usually with my Osmo Pocket I use 4k edit with DaVinci Resolve and then downgrade to 1080p for Youtube posting.

Thank you, I usually use FCPX and find it great but it’s not portable, so first real try at LumaFusion it’s really good .
Thanks for the info, Im travelling in a couple of weeks so I might check this out as an alternative to the MacBook Air that I normally use when traveling.
