I'm trying to calibrate the sensors and get to the finishing screen where it states calculating and it just sits at zero% . Never moves.  I re-try and same thing.  Any help would be great.  Thanks

Try to clean all sensors with a wool, you may even don't need calibration, so check the drone after cleaning.

Here DJI recommendation.

For calibrating the vision sensor, Please follow this recommended screen resolution settings:
It is advisable to use a 14", 17", 19",  22" and 24" monitors to calibrate the vision system.
Set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.).

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to clean the vision sensor with a clean cloth to see if the problem persists? Also, a display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). If the problem persists, kindly please restart the PC and aircraft multiple times. In addition, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DJI Assistant 2 to avoid any errors. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Thanks for your reply.  I have done all the above more than three times , each time same results.  The calibration finish but the calculation refuses to go past 0 percent%. When using the senors it shows side sensors are not working, yet when I go thru the calibration process I get nothing but a big fat Zero%

Thank you but also tried that.  I'll take it to work Saturday and try it on a mac.  This really sucks.

Thank you for the input.

Made sure to try both options with the 22" monitor settings, same results, cleaned the sensors , removed the blades and tried several times to no avail.
