Hi,

Last week my drone crashed in the beach without any reason. We had good weather in Puerto Rico, the drone was an acceptable altitude and very random said "landing", something that automatically happened in the water. I lost total control of the drone, what can i do?

We would our best to find out the reason of the incident and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Again I am sorry for your loss and thank you for your understanding.

The same thing happened to me.The drone took off with 53% battery remaining and 20 seconds after the battery indication from 50% went to 0% causing the drone's landing into the sea water...Sent drone to the Netherlands hoping for a replacement.

Better to take off with full battery
