I would not bet on it. DJI's customer support is the worst in the business. They are still selling the device and don't even support it.

Don't hold your breath Fella …. DJI gave up on this piece of garage along time back … Why bother now ? They already have your cash ...

DJI may not consider it necessary to support the cheap CrystalSky screens. If you buy something cheap like that, it's your own fault, if you're so stupid.

I called the DJI customer service in Germany today. The delay should be due to the fact that the CrystalSky requires a firmware update to install version 4.3.32. This was probably in the works. But because of the Corona Virus, DJI in China is partially closed and the department that is supposed to work on this firmware will also be affected by the closure.
If this is the case, you can only wish all employees of DJI and all other people affected that they will be spared the virus. And everyone who is sick, wishes a speedy recovery.

Corona Virus hahahahaha... pull the other one.  Crystalsky hasn't been updated since early last summer.... Ctystalsky is the ginger haired stepson of DJI that no one wants to love... worthless garbage.

Been a long long time and going to get longer I’m afraid. Like maybe never.   Any reports on what that last firmware update did? I haven’t heard anything positive about it and won’t do it till we get some feedback on it. It’s a real shame but it’s getting close to the time to retire the CrystalSky and get the tablet and sun blocking hoods out again. Unbelievably frustrating!

What????!?! They're blaming their incompetence and laziness on the Corona Virus??? what a convenient scapegoat. Lazy fks....

The only thing that comes from china is cheap garbage and lies.  the difference here is that with DJI its expensive garbage and copy & paste company approved lies.
