I recently had the misfortune of a bad firmware update on a perfectly good Mavic Pro battery.
The symptoms were two middle LEDs were stuck on the cycle of 1-minute solid green, 1 second off.
There was no way to recharge it or use the charge in the battery. In short, it was unfixable.
Never, ever fly with a faulty battery because it is the only thing keeping the drone in the air.
It might be a functional phone charger using the DJI adaptor.
I had a good use for the individual cells, so I split the case and present you with the innards.

There was no point in being delicate with the case, apart from avoiding piercing or squeezing the cells. It was never going back together again, even if there was something inside that could be repaired.
The first couple of photos show the 3 basic parts. Top & bottom of the case and a view of the pack. The others show different views.
Hope this was of interest.

I'm sorry this happened to you, real neat to see the insides though. As Stephen said, be careful, piercing one of those even just a bit is a bomb waiting to go off.
