You have clouds above the right side and blue sky on the left. And that's what is reflected by the water. Depth of the water plays a role too. I think there is nothing wrong with your picture.

So you say clouds are absolute gray? No blue color at all? )))
Beleive me, that part of scene was absolutely stunning colorfull imaginery on preview and in real life.
And this is not the only shot like this for me.

Foreground and the rock in the water still have the right color. Why would only the water be affected? Whitebalance could have killed the light blue water on the right. I bet it's neutral grey now. I'm not on my computer so I can't check the picture. But the difference from left to right should be caused by the reflection of the sky.
