Kindly please try to fly the drone in a different location with less interference like radio tower, metal or power lines and place the mobile device in airplane mode to isolate the issue. It tells you that you have a lot of interference there. Try it out of town first?

In town it's perfectly normal to have a limited range, judging from the buildings I'd say you should be able to push it at least 100 meters away from you on the 2.4 GHz frequency.

Check what channel the MM has begun to use from the start, sometimes it can pick the 5.8 GHz frequency which is very weak (although freer).

Based on your screenshots your MM was on 5.8 GHz, hence the limited performance. Manually set a channel will help the Mini stick with it, select a 2.4 GHz channel (1 to 13) and set AUTO channel again.

Fly test to day...

Stay clear of the water... and don't go beyond visual LoS.

Check for wind every time you fly. Happy landings ;)
