Today I would test some files (MP4) shot in the MM.
And, my Philips 65PUS6704 (2 months old) says the files
are MPG, Moving Picture Experts Group type?
I've tested the following: USB / DLNA can't play.
Converted into Premiere Pro CC 2015 and MP4, all OK!

DJI you are not making compatible MPEG-4-files!
They are not following the MPEG authoring class!

Well, lets get one thing straight for a start, the files are MP4 files, NOT RAW files. THere is a very big difference, and the MM cannot produce RAW movie files.
Secondly, your Phillips TV is most likely the problem, as it does not have the capability of playing back the most recent MP4 profiles.

OK.

My mistake, I would write untouched and my TV plays most of it: MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, WMV, AVI, MKV, AVC, H.264, VC-1, HEVC, H.265, VP9 , HDR 10+, DOLBY Vision...

TVs are a problem, as most of them can only play the files that were current when the TV was shipped, whereas software players on computers, tablets or phones are updated more frequently. I have an LG smart TV that is supposed to be updated via WiFi, but is already out-of-date with regards to recent files.

Something must be wrong with this TV ... I've never seen such file extension (.mpg) on DJI footage. It's either .mov or .mp4 ... Strange ...

Ok.

So what about DNLA?
The DNLA-Server on computer process the codec and simply transfer the image to the screen on the TV, OR?

ADOBE Premiere can split into MPG.

Perhaps, but what Adobe PP has to do with DJI Mavic video file format? Again, Mavic Mini is delivering MP4, not MPG ...

Turn off the TV before you embed your USB gadget. Embed a USB gadget in the USB connector along the edge of the TV. Press on the controller and press the cursor [Down] to choose [Multimedia]. The Multimedia program will permit the client to peruse content put away on the embedded USB gadget.https://manuals.ninja/manual/711968/tvs-and-monitors-philips-ts-3260c
