Nice to look at, but it's unnatural, a kind of fantasy image, as it is not in reality. So if someone asks you "was the water really like that?" you have to say "no it wasn't" ;-)

The base color of the water was green at that location, but way less saturated.

But Agree, it has sort of a fantasy look

It is similar to actors or models with make-up and no make-up. Many years ago I bought a digital camera that also has a "HDR Art" mode. You can take amazing pictures, but they weren't real ... as this one here. But of course nicer then reality. So its a always a question with photoshop & co ... should the picture be nice or real ?
