Hi,
I am a happy Mavic air user for the last 2 years.
But unfortunately I had a problem with my RC under flying - now 2 times in the last week.
Under flying the control start beeps and you can’t control the drone. Only thing is to turn off the controller and let the drone fly home.
I find is a calibration problem with the RC, but it’s not possible to preform a calibration in the app .... after some days the error Is disappearing, but as I expire today, it will come back
Please help, thank in advance.

Hello and good day oracel. I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to refresh the firmware of your DJI Mavic Air remote controller using the DJI Assistant 2 and try to calibrate the said remote controller once again to see if the issue will still persists. Please keep us posted on the said issue for further assistance. Thank you.

I have reprogramed the RC firmware true the dji assistant 2 software, and it seems to have solved the problem... I haven’t seen the problem sense.
