Can anyone help me pls, I cant register my drone as the guys in the store wrote on reciept that it is this code 1WGDGAU312G3U5.  So I used that serial to get the insurance, now the guys in the civil aviation authority of Thailand declined my form with the reason that serials dont match.

I've been waiting for this from 28 Nov 2019..holly C***p, and now got declined.

Please can anyone from officials tell me what the actual serial it is.

Yea thats what i got too. I really hope that the guys in the civil aviation didnt just read the number. I dont know what to do anymore. This simple formal thing turned out to be 5months. Good luck registering drone in Thailand.

All sorted out. The insurance company made a mistake by declaring totally wrong serial on the papers. Thanks.
