Can not login to account on app to pair Osmo 3

I just purchased an Osmo 3 and have downloaded the Mimo app and created an account but when I try to login to the account on my phone it repeatedly says Login Failed. I have tried multiple internet sources and have also been able to login to my DJI account on my computer. Please advise.

I found the problem. The osmo mobile 3 bluetooth wasn't paired with my phone
