Hi, I have recently purchased a Ronin S.  I have updated the software with the lasted version 2.2 .1.10 and I am using the gimbal with a Sony A7r iii (Mark 3)  with Sony lens eg 16-35 F4 . It has been completely balanced on the gimbal and paired with the MCC-C cable.
The problem I am having  is the camera does not follow the movement of the gimbal. In other terms the gimbal does not keep camera level so when I move the gimbal the camera moves in a different direction.
However, all the features work on my phone and the gimbal buttons work.
Can you please help me fix this problem as I can not use the gimbal at present.

Hi Peter, sorry for the troubles with the gimbal, how's the balance test? Did you perform the Auto Tune? What is the color of the indicator in the Focus Wheel? Is the firmware of your camera and Ronin-S up to date?
