I  used to see a DJI forum moderator reply to a user that the aircraft icon presents as long as you connect your device with the email used in this forum. I did this, but why there is no Mavic Air icon under my avatar? Help.

Was it bought second hand?

I know when I bought my Phantom 4 Pro second hand it didn't show up here on the forum because it was already registered by the original owner and it only allows for the first owner to show up in your avatar area.

same problem here but not for Mavic air for asmo pocket.
