Mavic 2

I calibrated the visual sensors for the first time, and the battery ran out. After restarting, I could not complete the calibration due to the lack of a blue rectangle on the grid. I did downgrade software, reinstall DJI assistant. Nothing changed. I'm afraid to take off. What should I do?

Hi, I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. May I know was the DJI Assistant downloaded for this website? Kindly please try a different computer with the recommended resolution. For recommended display resolution (usually 14 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 17 inches for 1366*768 or 1280*720; 19 inches for 1366*768 or 1440*900; 22 inches for 1680*1050 or 1920*1080; 24 inches for 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). Please refer to the video I will be posting for the Vision Calibration steps and please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.

I tried on 2 different computers with a 24-inch monitor with a resolution of 1920 * 1200. There is no effect. I think the problem is in the mavic firmware. Due to an incomplete calibration procedure.

Hello, please help.  By yesterday I had no problem with a Mavic mini.  Suddenly the signal began to disappear and the mini didn't respond at all.  I did an update at home and now it shows me these errors.  Dě Thank you very much in advance.
