On my Ronin SC, my active track on the phone (I am using the SC, Canon EOS R, iPhone 6s) always loses the object. The moment I lock on, it starts to spin and the message on the phone is "object lost". I have tried everything now for hours and just cannot manage.

Hi Popi, for the optimal performance, it is recommended to use Active Track in an environment with a plain background without many subjects.
What kind of objects have you tried to track? Is the firmware updated to the latest version? Do you have other mobile phone in the compatible list https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/Ronin_SC/Ronin_SC_ActiveTrack_3.0_Supported_Mobile_Phone_List_en_.pdf for a comparison test?
