Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to clean the vision sensor with a clean cloth to see if the problem persists? Also, a display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). If the problem persists, kindly please restart the PC and aircraft multiple times. In addition, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DJI Assistant 2 to avoid any errors. Can you please confirm if where you notice the WiFi and SSID error message? Is this from the application/mobile device or from your computer? Please provide us a screenshot. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding and support!
well Gamora I think that my best move is to take my laptop drone controller and see a good friend of mine that sells DJI products as well as computers and laptops see what he'll be able to understand all this computer stuff, and it was my laptop that I was using for Assistant, ssid password failed. the screen is the normal size, however I want to thank you for your quick reply and help. |
