Won't be able to fly due to calibrating sensors on assistant 2, now wi-fi SSID and password both fail for the simple reason that I don't know what exactly SSID means and which password do they require?  When I get to calibrate the first 2 screens work well but on the third screen downward vision the screen freeze, any idea what to do ?

SSID, Service Set Identifier, is your wifi network name. The password will be your wifi password.

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please try to clean the vision sensor with a clean cloth to see if the problem persists? Also, a display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200). If the problem persists, kindly please restart the PC and aircraft multiple times. In addition, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the DJI Assistant 2 to avoid any errors. Can you please confirm if where you notice the WiFi and SSID error message? Is this from the application/mobile device or from your computer? Please provide us a screenshot. Please keep us posted. Thank you for your understanding and support!

well Gamora I think that my best move is to take my laptop drone controller and see a good friend of mine that sells DJI products as well as computers and laptops see what he'll be able to understand all this computer stuff,  and it was my laptop that I was using for Assistant, ssid password failed. the screen is the normal size,  however I want to thank you for your quick reply and help.

now the other thing is that when I do try to calibrate, the first two screens for calibrating work out fine but on the third screen everything freezes and the warning I get is unable to have vision contact, the other thing that I tried is running the drone without the props and the sensors seem to work when I approach an obstacle, any suggestions?
