DJI can't/won't do that. It would be up to you to place an ad in local paper/Comm. billboard,or turn it into the local Police.
But maybe, just maybe, the owner of the "misplaced" drone(s) do come here and post, be ready to look here every couple of days, And you can also post it over here in the Lost/Found:

and maybe thru ID verification you may be able to reunite said AC with rightful owner.

Thanks moondoggie. I've heard of DJI helping reunite owners with their lost drones before. It's hateful enough when they are lost and it's a nice gesture by Dji to help when they can.
