I  used to see a DJI forum moderator reply to a user that the aircraft icon presents as long as you connect your device with the email used in this forum. I did this, but why there is no asmo pocket icon under my avatar? Help.

Sometimes it could a day or 2 for it to update.

Did you activate Osmo Pocket with the same Forum account? If yes, may we have the serial number of your device for further assistance?

SN has been received via PM, upon checking it, Osmo Pocket was not activated via your Forum account, it was an email end up with gmail.com, therefore, it will be synced in the Forum, thanks for your understanding.

It is impossible to deactivate and activate again the device. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

To my best knowledge you can only register a device one time.
So if you tried with another email (which Mindy indicates) you can't undo that.
