Is it possible for a Mavic air battery to cause ESC problems?


I have the impression that a battery of mine may have caused an error, I sent the drone for maintenance ... and they fixed it ... after that I put the battery and it has a direct red led ... is that possible? can the battery cause esc error?

Hi.. I can´t make this video.. I have afraid that the ESC error can happened again... My doubt is about if the battery can make Esc crash.
