When I enter my s/n it says--Aircraft S/N you entered does not exist   -I definitely have it entered correctly ?

Hi James, may we have the model of your drone and where did you input your SN? You may post the SN here so that we could help to verify.

Hi, it's a Mavic 2 Zoom with smart controller . I tried to enter the s/n on your webpage for the care refresh.

You did enter the wrong SN, it should be 0M6CGCBR0A16P1, all the O should be number 0, please try again.
