Long-time drone owner here. My model is the Mavic 2 Pro.
An issue I've never had before is the RC isn't powering on. I haven't used the drone in about two weeks. I've tried leaving it in to charge but it's lifeless. It's completely dead.


I purchased it in August and I hope the RC is included in the warranty.

Where do I send it in? Is there anywhere in the UK? I've tried to use the Request Service feature to send it in, and have filled in all of the required fields and uploaded my proof of purchase. Maddeningly, I'm getting an error message in Chinese when I go to complete the form.
