I spent 3 very frustrating hours trying to unlock a zone today. I've  always managed to unlock zones without problems, but today I couldn't  get past the warning that I can't fly on my iPhone XR. It shows the  authorization on the controller, but it shows all disconnected. On the  dji go 4 screen, under the unlock license, it shows the 2 authorizations  I received, including today, but they all say disconnected. I did the  synchronization and the window says that sync was successful. So I'm  going to fly and the message at the top says it can't take off. I  couldn't find out what I'm missing or what I've been missing. the s/n its the same on de form unlock. Please help me.

MY S/N of controller was wrong. Check the real S/N in app DJI, on "ABOUT"
