When i try to unlock NFZ in my Spark/mavic/mavic2 i got that message all day long. Yesterday all works ok.

Verify User Information Failed (-1012)

Trying On WiFi/Celluar Data. On 3 phones with 2 different accounts. WTF?

Add me to the list of having the same problem.  Central Ohio.  Called and chatted with support, they both told me to email flysafe@dji.com.  So that was useless.
Emailed, and they emailed back the same thing that everyone always says.  Update app, uninstall reinstall, different devies, etc.  Waiting on more advice.
I'm assuming it's a server problem, because they say the latest flysafe database ends with 17, and mine in my newly downloaded apps says ends with 16.  And when I git the update button, it says it's the latest version.

I uninstalled the go 4 app and reinstall it again, same issue and same error message!

I downloaded the DJI Assistant, connected the drone.  It updated a firmware.  Reconnected to the RC and app, same issue.

2. APP version and the OS version of your mobile device.
3. The model of your drone, its firmware version and the SN of the flight controller.
4. Your DJI account.
5. The version of the Precise Fly Safe Database for Aircraft and for APP.
6. Error code.
