during this bad time , where looks like my city will be confined by Italian regulation ( to avoid , decrease contagious possibility)
I'm going to have long time to be creative and positive against the virus who affects the psyche first ...and then healty and money ...

doing so , I'm just trying do that

For sure,  It is not easy but we can do it.
the Historical  Latins said "healthy mind healthy body".  
I believe,  it might be helpful to keep our creativity / mind active.  
And for the body, we can follow the indications of the experts, doctors, virologists.  

photography and video right now help me a lot
