just bought a Osmo Mobile 3. When a record a video in the mimo app, the audio of the vidoe is bad. you can see in the link. Somebody know what could be causing the issue?

Hi there, sorry for the troubles with the audio, does the audio in the original Camera APP have the same problem? What is your DJI Mimo version?
Could you please post a comparison video of the audio recorded by the DJI Mimo and original Camera for further analysis? Thank you in advance.

Any news about the problem?

I also have this sound problem when I record with the Mimo app. permanent loud noise, original sound not audible and the clip is unusable. I also blocked the permissions for microphone and camera for other apps, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Problem still exists, thanks.

Same here I was buggin out..... the camera quality is so much better and the face tracking, the audio isssue truly renders the device useless

I made videos last month sound was good using Osmo 3 and Dji Mimo app iPhone 7+ iOS 13
Made video yesterday and there is a lot of constant loud noise so much audio is unusable same set up as before but now iOS 14.
Apple Camera video does not have any noise.
Please help.

Have the same problem as every body else here . Mimo and OM4 uppdated today.
Mimo is useless bevause of bad audio.
Audio is even worse when using a case on the phone. I think mabye the case acts like an amplifier for the fan noize going on inside the gimbal. Why none of the other apps (Apple and filmic pro) dont picks this upp as much as mimo i dont know, but the audio in filmic is lower tham mimo

I'm having this issue with my new OM 4.
I did the takes for a commercial project and am now editing and ALL THREE have pops and very low audio for the first several seconds.

I too have the same issue, audio is awful. Might have to return, like the other person said. Makes the device useless.
