So I bought my Mini from Apple insted of the DJI website and I have noticed that in the forum and in my DJI profile on the DJI fly app it does not display any information on flights or distance flown. I know that it is a little thing but I would really like to know how to fix this problem.

When you open the Fly app, open your profile, then open "more" to reveal Flight Data Center.

Is your Fly app signed in to the same email account you use in the forum?  In the Fly settings do you have "Auto-Sync Flight Data" enabled?

Yes it is auto synced. The problem is there is no info on any of my flights.

Please try to connect the mobile device to the computer and see if there are flight records saved on the flightrecord folder.

So the device is connected to the drone. As in I use the little connector thingy. What would I do when I connect my phone to my computer? Thanks

I think they want you to access your device internal memory and check if regular flight logs are present.

Like Mine should be 2, 700,000 +  for some reason it's not updating online as it has in the past......

May I know if you are using an iOS device? If so, please connect the drone and computer and launch iTunes, tap the little phone on the iTunes, then file sharing, find DJI FLY app, and then "FlightRecords" and save the folder to your computer. Then please check if there are flight records on the folder, if so, please let me know.
Please also tell me the specific mobile device and DJI FLY app version on your device. Thank you.

I have a iPhone 7 and DJI fly app. the firmware on the app is up to date.

Hello, yes I did check and I do have flight records on my phone. When I fly my drone I am logged into my account.

Hi here you go. I installed the new firmware to. The flight records are there. I am really confused why this is happening.

Hopefully more once the weather clears up.
