Hello, It seems the flight data sync within the DJI Fly app does not work for my account. As soon as I activate the automatic sync in the app settings the flight distance and flight time values in the app turn into some values which match a state after the first 3 flights. The remaining 24 seems to be missing even if I can see them in the details. I'm using DJI Fly app on IOS. Maybe someone has a hint how this can be fixed.

I have similar problem. Moreover I use two both iPhone and Ipad with RC. In both devices I have stored different flight logs i Flight data center in the DJI FLY app.
When I turn ON the  Auto-sync Flight Records option I get the same information on both devices BUT they are old and they exclude some flights.
Picture this: When auto sync is turned ON on both devices (iPhone and ipad) a get summary:
16,1km 4.42h, flights 55
but when I turn it off I get
IPhone 16,8km 4.85h, flights 44
Ipad 6.52h 27,4km, 51 flight

and just one thing to add! When auto sync is turned ON although summary is the same on the list there are different flights on the lists in both devices

How to push the flights info from cache?!

Same thing here... this happened a while back and my guess is that DJI Servers are full.
Covid-19 confinement is not helping.

I'm experiencing the same thing, syncing my flight records between an ios device and an Android device.
Where it would resolve itself a few hours after a flight, now it appears not to do so, and is also showing errors in the data presented.
Hope this will eventually be resolved.

I use:

Ipad mini (iOs 13.3.1) DjiFly app1.0.8(66) and I see this flights data:
5.62h 23,1km 62 flights (when sync turned on)
7,82h 36,3km 58 flights (when sync turned off)
and please be informed all flights are uploaded to app…

5.20h 17,9km 45 flights (when sync turned on)

I think I have the same issue, just got my Mavic Mini and started to fly. When turning auto-sync ON it says 0 flights, but I can see the 3 ones I did as individual flight records. If I turn the auto-sync off the app says I have the 3 flights. Very wierd.

Strangely enough today it says I have 1 flight to upload while I thought everything was already uploaded since I don't fly from at least half a month.

Same problem. With sync turned on, the number of flights shows correctly but the total flight time and distance is incorrect. It shows all data correctly when sync is off

C'mon DJI....... we really deserve accurate logging and syncing of our flights within the DJI app.

I am wondering if the disagreement isn't right. I re-installed the app in February after deleting all the data of the former installation (including flight data). I have a disagreement of about 20 Km, I suspect it might be exactly what I have done w/ the other installation. With synch I can see all the uploaded flights.

I have one if the one and only flight that I've pulled down from the online database (and pertaining to the former installation) is counted when offline or not.

Same as others as it use to update on the forums but has long since stopped, I sync all my flights with AirData anyways to keep track.

Brand new user. Love my DJI Mini SE. But I do have exactly the same issue. Original problem has been reported 2 years ago. Any updates?
