Perhaps one of the most important natural reserves of Cyprus, the Akamas peninsula is found at the northwest extremity of the island, beyond the Paphos district and holds a vast area of 230 square kilometres. We did a few hours hike to the summit with a wonderful view of the peninsula afterwards we visited Lara beach.
