Please can someone help me. My smart controller is less than a year old. It charges very very slowly and looses battery power very fast.. I have tried multiple plugs with multiple cables.

I have also tried to hold the power button down for more than 20 seconds.

Please advise if you can.

The remote will not update even though i have installed the latest version, everytime i plug it into the charger too, it always says, slow charge, use original charger

Are you using the original "fast charger?" If not, try this.
