With an avarage view duration of 6 min that would be a shame. Agree this is not for everyone, but my viewers respond well to this kind of casual flying

Yeah, it is all about the targeted audience.
If you have a lot of viewers that want to be entertained, this is a great way of doing that.

Personally I use YT to get inspired or get informed usually.
So for me 2 minutes is a lot already
Unless there is something really interesting that I want to watch.
Usually that will be some kind of 'how to do this' video.
