All three batteries never charge over 95%?
- May have recharged all batteries 30 times
- There was also a battery firmware update tonight.
Will this solve the battery issue?

Know that there is a function to
check the number of recharges, but can not find it anymore?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your confusion. Do you use the DJI official charger to charge for your batteries? Please try to charge the battery directly in the aircraft to see if it can be charged to 100% or not? Thanks.

Hi, Natalia!

Always use DJI charger.

98% today on the battery, a little better after the latest battery firmware!
Charging the battery in the drone right now. Looking at the results tomorrow.

Hi, Natalia!

Always use DJI charger.

Hi there, thanks for your update. To check the battery times charged, please go into your DJI FLY APP and check it in the "About" page.

Should there any further issues, please feel free to let us know.

On using the battery for a few minutes and recharging from 60 to 100% I suppose you count a recharge.
What happens when the maximum number of refills is reached?

Hi, have you tried to charge the batteries from a low level? If yes, and the battery still unable to be charged to 100%, you are recommended to provide us with the flight log for further analysis:
Flight logs under DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic (https://www.dji.com/mavic-mini/downloads) -- Log Export--Save to local. Please upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and then post the link here.
Thanks.

Where do you check you battery level ?

I suposse you are looking at your flying screen. Take into account aircraft startup takes a bit of time.

Viewing screen recording at my own flights I can see video recordings starts with battery at 98%, but revieweing fligh data at DJI Fly app profile or Airdata.com I realize battery always starts at 99% or 100%  decreasing after some seconds to 98% when I get video feed from Mavic Mini

Best regards

R.

I have the same issue, no matter if I charge the batteries with the triple charger or directly on the drone, they are always at 96-98%.
Only once i saw the batteries full charged.

There is no official "maximum number" of recharges, you can just keep charging/using/charging/using to your hearts content. The charge counter will just keep incrementing with each charge.
BUT, over time you will notice that the capacity/flight time will eventually start to diminish. This is the time to evaluate the usefulness of said batteries and the time to retire them.

That should count as a 40% charge, adding 0.4 to the counter. When the sum of partial charges reaches 1, then you should see the counter going up by 1. It was like this for the P3S batteries, I have not tested that with the MM.
