Hi there, sorry to hear about the issue with the gimbal. Firstly, please check if debris or a part is stuck in the gimbal. Secondly, please restart the aircraft and then recalibrate the gimbal.
If the issue persists, you are recommended to send back the aircraft to DJI for diagnosis.
