Vu que cette période n'est malheureusement pas propice à voyager (mon road trip en Islande à la fin du mois est malheureusement fortement compromis...) ou à faire du drone, j'en profite pour rédiger sur mon temps libre quelques tutos sur mon blog.

I was about to post a helpful translation for those (like Montfrooij) who have forgotten their lessons...
But a pop-up just popped up on my laptop and translated it for me.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Please confirm what specific drone of yours are having issues with. Please try the following steps below to further isolate the issue:

1. Check whether the flight mode/remote controller mode is P mode and make sure that the signal is strong.
2. Make sure that the vertical take-off height is over 2m as the Quickshot is not available if the take off altitude is lower than 2m.
3. If the target is not selected or the Start button is not tapped, QuickShots cannot be triggered. Make sure to select an appropriate target and tap to Start.
4. If the light is insufficient or there are obstacles around, there might be a calculation error due to the visual element of the target distance. As such, the DJI Fly app will not be able to stitch Quickshots videos. When the light is sufficient and there are no obstacles around the target, keep an ample flight distance to prevent the influence of visual elements.

5. If the issue still persists, please clarify what mobile device are you using so we can check it further.
