Hi guys,
I decided to collect all the Mavic Mini errors and give recommendations what you can do in your case.
** Code 10001: Camera malfunction. Repairs required. Contact DJI Support for assistance - All you can do is restart the drone. If it doesn’t help, replace or repair the Gimbal camera.
** Code 10016: Camera not calibrated. Image quality can be affected. Contact DJI Support for assistance. - Calibrate the camera, if the error persists - replace or repair the camera.
** Code 10022: No SD card. Insert sd card - Just insert or replace the card.
** Code 10023: SD card malfunction. Change card - Try pulling and inserting back. It did not help - change the SD card.
** Code 30007 & 30008: No GPS signal. Unable to hover. Fly with caution - Repair or replacement of the gps module is required.
** Code 30047: Barometer initialization failed. Restart aircraft - Follow the instructions of the DJI.
** Code 30049: GPS Module Error. Restart Aircraft - Restart the mavic mini. If it does not help, repair or replace the gps module.
** Code 30050: IMU calibration required. Calibrate IMU - In the settings, find the IMU calibration function and calibrate according to the instructions. If it does not help, repair or replace the gps module.
** Code 30055: IMU not calibrated. Calibrate IMU - Repeat the same steps as with the Code 30050 error.
** Code 30060: Compass error. Ensure there are no metal or magnetic objects near the aircraft and calibrate it before use. - If there are definitely no metal objects around mavic mini and calibration does not help - repair or replace the gps module.
** Code 30064: Unable to TakeOff. - Make sure that nothing prevents the drone from taking off and that you are in the area where flights are allowed. If all conditions are met, but the error remains - restart mavic mini. Doesn't help - update the firmware. If again the error - need repair mavic mini ( but here it is need to understand which module is broken, the fastest is the problem in ESC module).
** Code 30168: Aircraft power insufficient. Fly with caution. - The error most often occurs in high winds, but it can be due to a worn battery or a faulty ESC module.
** Code 30210: Power system hardware. Restart aircraft - Reboot helps. If not, update the firmware.
** Code 30226: Start failed. Restart aircraft and DJI Fly App - Follow the instructions of the DJI.
** Code 40002: Gimbal stuck. Check whether gimbal cover is removed and ensure gimbal can rotate freely - Be careful. You can burn the suspension motors, if you forget to remove the cover.
** Code 40011: Gimbal calibration error. Restart aircraft. - Calibrate the gimbal in the settings. If calibration does not work, replace the gimbal.
** Code 40012: Gimbal unable to connect. Repairs required. Contact DJI Support for assistance. - Need to replace the gimbal. Watch the video how to do it.
** Code 40021: Gimbal IMU data error. Contact DJI Support for assistance - Repair or replace GPS module. Watch the video how to do it.
** Code 180016, 180031, 180030: sensor error. Contact DJI Support for assistance. - Try restarting the drone. If it does not help, the sensors are broken and must be replaced.
Often errors occur due to a software failure and these problems can be solved by updating the firmware. Unfortunately, many errors can be caused due to a hardware problems of the module. But don't worry, you can always fix everything.
In video below, I'll show you how to disassemble the Dji Mavic Mini to replace any of the broken parts.
** If the Mavic Mini does not turn on and does not show signs of life, you should pay attention to the main board. Time code 5:50
** Dji Mavic Mini loses GPS signal or Code 30002 error appears indicating a weak GPS signal and unstable positioning, maybe the problem is in the GPS module. Time Code 6:39
** Camera with suspension stabilization - Gimbal. The most fragile part of the quadrocopter, it falls out when drone drop in 99% cases, but fortunately it is easily installed back into place in the quadrocopter. In 70% drop cases - Gimbal may crack or break the cable connecting the camera and the main board, this cable can be removed and replaced. Replacing the camera and cable - Time code 7:07
** ESC errors cause unstable operation of the motors or even loss of quadrocopter control, because the ESC board is responsible for controlling all four motors. Replacing the ESC / IMU board may be necessary if the Mavic Mini reports an ESC error that is NOT resolved by replacing the quadcopter motor (note that you may need to replace the motor again, as sometimes the original damaged ESC board may damage the new motor) - Time code 8:10
** Motor error or replacement hand with the motor - Time code 8:32
To replace the motor you need a soldering-iron. A motor error may be caused due to defective of the ESC board.
Everything written above is based only on my experience. If you have experience repairing the Mavic Mini please share it.
About the ribbon connectors: there's usually two blobs of hot glue on either side of them. There's a high chance of snapping them off you don't warm up the glue.
About another error that I've seen happening: no GPS, somehow related to battery fault or bad connection, to be investigated (I've seen this posted by two different users).
Another code to add to your list, 30085, is an error code having to do with ESC communication. When you have this error, the motors won't do their little vibration and start up, and won't make that little dji tone either.
In my case it was a problem with the ribbon cable connecting the main and ESC boards. Main connectors simply needed to be under a tad bit of pressure ( see end of my thread ). But I'm sure this can range to broken ribbon cables as well.
Very helpful. Getting power system hardware error 30210. Never crashed. Worked great last time I used it a few month ago. Have reset aircraft numerous times. Will try firmware update.

hello my mavic mini in the first flight take off in the water , and now i have error 30085 for esc board , what can i do?
I'm getting error 40021 after replacing the gimbal. Do you know how to fix this? Or is it absolutely necessary to replace the GPS module with the gimbal..?

hello friends, I have error code called 30142 (Unable to rotate) anyone have seen that code before)?
Just purchased a Mavic Mini today and got the error code 30142 the first time I tried to fly it right out of the box - very first time. The one motor that won’t rotate seems to be a bit stiffer to rotate by hand but will turn with a bit more resistance. Super disappointed and can’t believe a brand new unit won’t fly. Can’t find anything about this error code online besides this post. Returning it to the retailer tomorrow hoping it will be replaced as a defective unit. Any other tips on what this is would be much appreciated.
Error codes are nice but what if the error is before the system can do a selfcheck?
In my case the mini doesn´t seem to boot properly. Only the 1st and the 4th LEDs are shining and no gimbal check is performed after motor check. Has anyone an idea what does it mean when only the both outer leds are shining?
