New Mavic Pro has completely dead battery

I have looked around the forums to see that I guess this has happened before.  I purchased a new Mavic Pro, just registered it yesterday and bought the DJI Refresh for it as well, but that was with a different battery I had purchased, not the one that came with it.  Why is that?  The battery that came with it won't even light up.  I have put it on the charger for hours and it changes nothing.  I got a dead battery with my new Mavic Pro.  

Is there any confirmed way to bring it back?  Some type of trickle charge maybe?

Hi fansda5a6aa0, I'm sorry to hear the issue with your battery. Please use the DJI official charger to charge for the batteries. If the issue persists, you are recommended to send it in for a diagnosis.

Thank you.  I was looking for how to submit an issue.  I've never had an issue with my Phantom 4, so I didn't know how to submit a ticket.  Appreciate the fast response.
