The contoller will not let me live stream to facebook , I get an error.   It always did work before.
Did someone at DJI or FB  change things ?

Hi there, did you save the error message screenshot? Please make sure that the internet is connected and the firmware of the controller and app has been updated. Please keep us updated if the issue persists. The screenshots of the error message and the specific version info of the firmware are appreciated.

My controller Model GL300E , serial 1TSB3DN6KB  ,   kernel ver 3.10.0 , system ver 1.4.1.0 , android @ 5.1.1.
The aircraft ,    Model WM331A , serial # 0AX2FAB0020096 ,  firmware – V01.05.0600  2018-01-22
I don’t get the error now , it just says after I choose the live stream of facebook in the menu , I choose live stream now and the
Controller goes blank for a second , says loading ,  then comes back to the same thing , live stream now.  Wifi is on.
It does flash for instant “  error-cashe-miss “.   I get this error if I sign out of facebook and then re-sign in.

Also ,  I can go into the controller apps and run facebook ok no problem.  Its just the live streaming that does not work

Thank you for getting back with the details. Could you please also check the DJI GO 4 app version? Please try to refresh the firmware for the controller and try again. At the same time, I had reported the issue to our engineers to investigate. Any feedback, I will keep you updated.

I downloaded the controller firmware from your web site to a sd card and did a local update.  I still have the same problem.     Like I said before , if I go into applications and run facebook it comes right up fine.   It just will not live stream any more.
