Had the DJI Smart controller for 5 months now , and not one flight has recorded looked at all threads regarding this tried all the recommended changes with date time etc.. nothing works..

Set your "default storage" to internal.
In some case you can see your logs. If you see them, it's the moment to synch with DJI. Then follow the next steps
Take out your SD card.
Install the latest firmware using "DJI Assistent 2 for mavic"
Restart your SC
now, you can put in your SD card (if any) and set your "default storage" where you want it

If this doesn't work, you better check with DJI for further instructions.

Hi there, please try to refresh the latest firmware for the controller via DJI Assistant 2 and then sync the record again. Please keep us updated if the issue persists, please provide the screenshot of the flight record, the firmware info to me as well. Thank you.

The set to internal storage worked, once I synced with DJI and then put the sd back in and then rebooted and re synced it worked
