Is the new Inspire remote control compatible with the Lightbridge air module?
So I could take the remote and connect it with an existing Lightbridge in another quad or hex.

I like the simplicity of the new remote. I don't have to connect and adapt other components, like receiver or another remote to the Lightbridge ground Station.

And one extended question to that:

I have read in a German DJI Inspire Forum that it might be possible to connect a second non DJI Remote (i.e. a Futaba Remote) to the trainer port of the DJI Inpite remote.. same combination as it is possible with the DJI Lightbridge.. and the second remote uses the radio of the first remote which is - in the case of the Inspire - equal to the lightbridge ground station..

So it is not necessary to buy the second remote to control the gimbal.. is that correct?

I am sorry but I just checked my Inspire Tx's and neither of them have a trainer port.  

in short, 'inspire lightbridge system' is not compatible with (old) DJI lightbridge ground system ? CMIIW
