My Mavic Air is telling me the vision sensing system needs to be recalibrated.  When I connect it to the assistant 2 app via USB the option to start the calibration process is grayed out.  Any help in making it active would be appreciated?  Thank You...

Hi djiflyer, may we verify the version of your DJI Assistant 2? What computer are you using? A display that’s 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration.
Please set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. (Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.)
If the issue persists, may we have a picture of your grey screen?

I have the same problem on a mac laptop 15". I have tried to install the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 which installs successfully but there is an additional software (android something) which can't be installed because it is not compatible with my OS (Monterey 12.4). What should I do? What is the recommended resolution for 15inch screen?
