I was answering generally but also to you since you are probably the only person to have a proper measuring tool 
More info:
Inspired by your video I tried setting the dji spark to fcc mode by using the modified dji go app. However, as already mentioned, this only works as long as you use the mod app.
However, I decided to give the tool from above video a try and got it to work. This way you can use any app, since it modifies the spark's firmware.

I can recommend using it and would love to see how it affects 2.4 ghz power output (I can only test it on a general 'feeling' base - I feel like the range got greatly increased )
