Today, upon starting the app, I got a notice at an SD card was available with the option to switch storage to the card.  Since the Mini does not have internal storage, it this feature for the Air 2, or have I been sniffing too much  drone exhaust?

Hi Akirasho !  Did you found an answer yourself  ?

The original Mavic Air was the first drone to have internal storage built into it.  I'd be shocked if they removed this feature for the new version.  Hopefully they'll bump up the amount of available internal storage to 16GB instead of the minimal 8GB which disappears in no time when recording 4K.

The option to save directly to the device exists if there is no SD card. Could just be that.
