The following video is a glimpse of Malta from the air shot entirely with our Mavic Pro original. It's an outstanding little drone and whilst I also have the Mavic Pro 2 I will not be retiring my original anytime soon. Its a pleasure to fly and operate and I am so pleased I purchased additional batteries and props. I could quite easily say its a workhorse, exceptional.

Nice video, noticed some are making terraced planting, saves water.  Your bird did aa good job, as did the pilot.  Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, I was very surprised how well the mavic held up in sometimes extreme heat. The day we flew in Gozo the temperature was oppressive and the mavic didnt falter. Whereas our Sonys overheated lol

I agree the original Mavic is still very reliable and strong and can hold its own. The video looks amazing well done John.

Thanks buddy, I am so confident with the mavic pro original, never had an issue with it. Stable flight recording and never had a loss of signal. Handles wind better than I imagined and is my go to drone. Hopefully the new mavic pro 2 will be as good, just need restrictions to be eased when its safe to do so.

I feel the same. Although I would wait for a drone that is CE C1 approved.

I have wondered that about the temp my MPP would put up with, so far the 90's do not bother it, will try on hotter days this summer.  Thank you.

I cant fault the mavic pro it regularly flew in temperatures exceeding 104f without a single issue. Highly impressive if you ask me.

She is a great bird.
